The Starting Zone

Like any game, an epic quest like this journey has a starting zone. I have a long way to go to reach Boston and it's important to be able to track that progress from 'Starting Zone' to 'End Game'. To be able to track that progress, I need to know what the start was in the first place.

I have a few things that I can track to help establish this:

  2. Measurements
  3. Weight
  4. Times
The combination of these will work as regular check-ins to see my progress moving forward in addition to the goals I set as milestones. I'm taking a moment of courage here to post these to the world but here goes. because the point isn't on focusing on the 'Starting Zone' but understanding that it is a necessary part of the larger journey.

Overview

There is definitely a lot work to do to accomplish this quest. Hell, there is some work in just getting me back to where I used to be, let alone the huge leaps beyond that. But now we known where we started and all the matters and moving forward.I'll be posting biweekly updates to these stats as I progress through my journey. Stay tuned!
